Our Teams are divided into 2 Key Areas
Account Managers
These are you primary Point of Contact (POC). The accounts managers are responsible for ensuring high quality client experience by a one window service to our clients. They will evaluate your needs, develop processes to assist your business operations, and establish controls to ensure service quality. These account managers independently communicate with the operational staff and execute the deliverables on a timely basis.
Operational Resources
They independently manage the back-office operations relating to client deliverables. They directly organize, train, and manage the resources that perform the deliverables. These resources are in constant communication with Account Managers to ensure all deliverables are completed timely.
